During that period, among breeders united by the same passion, we decided to combine our efforts and resources to transform our milk, both sheep and goat, into high-quality cheese. Thus, AGRICOLA ALLEVATORI TALLAROGA was born, an ambitious project aimed at producing cheeses in Sardinia that are not only delicious but also healthy and safe for consumers.
